Funded4You ("we", "us", or "our") owns and operates the Website and related services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover access to and use of our website, services, and programs (together, the "Service").

By visiting or using the Website, buying an evaluation product, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Service.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter binding contracts. You may not access the Service from jurisdictions where our services are illegal or restricted. Customers are forbidden from using the Services if they reside in, or access the Services from, any of the following restricted countries:

Cuba
Syria
Iran
Lebanon
Iraq
Yemen
North Korea
Cyprus
Myanmar
Belarus
Vietnam
Russia

Indonesia is not on that list. We may update restrictions without prior notice. A matching summary is also in the FAQ.

No Financial Advice

Funded4You provides educational and simulated trading evaluations only. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or financial advice of any kind. Nothing from our employees, affiliates, or representatives is financial advice.

Evaluation Accounts

When you buy a challenge or evaluation program, you receive access to a simulated trading environment. These accounts:

Do not use real trading capital
Are intended only to assess trading skill under published rules
Are not connected to live market execution of real funds on your behalf

Fees are generally non-refundable once access is issued and the challenge is activated, except where our Refund Policy or applicable law requires otherwise.

Fair Use and Account Integrity

You agree to use the platform fairly and not to exploit system weaknesses. The following are prohibited:

Latency arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, or price manipulation
Use of unauthorized Expert Advisors (EAs), bots, or third-party plugins
Coordinated trading with other users to gain an unfair advantage
Misuse of demo or simulated account features in ways unrelated to fair evaluation

Any of the above may lead to immediate disqualification without a refund.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

Break any applicable law or regulation
Abuse, threaten, or harass others
Provide false or misleading information
Disrupt platform functionality or integrity
Bypass verification or payment checks

Termination of Access

We may suspend or permanently ban your access without notice or refund if we determine these Terms have been violated. Accounts involved in chargebacks, fraud, or consumer payment disputes may be blocked automatically.

Third-Party Access

We may grant limited access to contractors or developers for maintenance, development, or support. Those parties are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

Modifications to Services

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, pricing, or features at any time. We are not liable for those changes, temporary unavailability, or disruptions.

Information Accuracy

We aim to keep Website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or reliability. You use Website content at your own risk.

Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We may provide access to tools or features from third-party vendors (including trading platforms). Your use of those tools is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.

Data and Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to collection and use of information as described there.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Funded4You is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funded4You and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, liability, or costs arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from or related to the Service are governed by applicable law as determined by Funded4You's operating entity. By using the Service, you agree to submit to the courts of competent jurisdiction for that entity, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, your account may be blocked immediately and you may be permanently disqualified from further use of the Service.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other linked policies, are the full agreement between you and Funded4You. They replace prior understandings or communications on the same subject.

If we update these Terms, continued use of the platform after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
