Affiliate Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Funded4You Affiliate Program. This policy sets the rules for partners who promote Funded4You. By applying or promoting Funded4You with a referral link or code we issue, you agree to this policy and our Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You need a valid website, blog, social presence, or other channel where you can promote honestly
• You must not be engaged in illegal or unethical activity
• You must not promote into restricted countries listed in our FAQ and Terms (Indonesia is allowed)

3. Affiliate responsibilities

• Promote Funded4You honestly and ethically
• Use approved marketing materials when we provide them
• Avoid spam, misleading claims, or false representations
• Keep simulated / educational framing — fees are not deposits; accounts are not live capital
• Follow Funded4You Terms and this policy

4. Commission

• Standard commission is 15% of the net evaluation fee paid by a referred customer on a qualifying purchase attributed to your link or code
• Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid after discounts. Refunds and chargebacks reverse related commission
• Commissions are approved and available for withdrawal after 15 days to allow for refunds or cancellations
• Self-referrals and fake / duplicate accounts do not earn commission
• If the customer already had a Funded4You account before using your link, commission may not apply

5. Payment terms

Payouts are on request once the minimum is met:

• Minimum payout threshold: $150 approved balance
• Payment method is confirmed with you at request time (commonly crypto or bank transfer)

To request a payout, email support@funded4you.com from the email on your affiliate account and include:

• Payment option / address details we ask for
• Current approved commission balance
• Country of residence
• A clear screenshot of your affiliate balance (when a dashboard is available)

Requests from any other email address may be refused. We may delay or refuse payouts while investigating fraud, Terms breaches, or incomplete checks.

6. Cookie duration

We use cookies (or equivalent tracking) for referrals. The tracking window lasts 30 days after a user clicks your affiliate link. If they purchase within that window and attribution rules are met, you receive commission for that sale.

7. Prohibited activities

These actions can end your participation immediately and may forfeit unpaid commissions:

• Fraud or artificial inflation of commissions, including fake accounts to earn commission on your own purchases
• Unauthorized use of brand assets or intellectual property
• Misrepresenting your relationship with Funded4You
• PPC bidding on Funded4You brand terms or confusing lookalike domains without written approval
• Claiming guaranteed income, “real capital,” brokerage services, or fabricated payout proof
• Spam, malware, or stolen traffic

8. Termination

We may end an affiliate’s participation at any time, without prior notice, for policy or Terms violations. You may leave by notifying us in writing. Outstanding commissions may be forfeited if you violated this policy or the Terms.

9. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be shown by updating the date above and, where practical, notifying active partners. Continued participation after an update means you accept the new version.
